Andrew S.M.
Chen has spent over 20 years in
IC process technology development and IC fabrication management at
ITRI, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Winbond, and WSMC.
Andrew was the Vice President of Toppoly Optoelectronics Corp., and was in charge of manufacturing division.
He is now the General Manager of Production Division of
Princeton Technology Corp.
At Triton, Andrew
specializes in providing consulting service for semiconductor investments.
With expertise in IC process technology and fabrication
management, Andrew also can help our portfolio companies in
semiconductor field to implement innovative process technologies.
Andrew obtained an MS.EE degree from National Chiao Tung
University.
Isaac Lee has a long track record of
developing innovative technologies into successful enterprises.
Isaac is currently serving as a Professor in Tamkang University,
where he is in charge of the technology research and development
of Ph.D. and Master candidates. Isaac also serves as a member of
Advisory Board of several government owned technology research
institutions including Chunghwa Telecom, Electronics Research and
Service Organization of ITRI of R.O.C., and Center for Aviation
& Space Technology of ITRI of R.O.C., etc.
At Triton, Isaac focuses on issues of technology-related
consulting for our investment projects and portfolio companies in
wireless communications field.
Isaac obtained a Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from
National Taiwan University.
Mike Lin's primary role at Triton is to
advise portfolio companies on marketing strategy and alliance
strategy. Over the last 20 years, Mike has been involved with
marketing sales for leading industry firms such as Intel and SGS-Thompson.
Mike also had software engineer experience at IBM. Currently,
Mike is the Vice President of Marketing of Intervideo Inc.,
focusing on business development.
Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from
National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan and M.S. in
Computer Science from California Polytech State University
Jade Hu holds her professional
experience with Standard Chartered Bank, Fuji Bank, Royal Bank of
Canada, and Canadian Bank of Commerce in corporate finance for
over 12 years. Jade is also actively involved in venture
investments in the communications field. Jade is currently the
Senior Manager/Chairman Office of Princeton Technology Corp.
At Triton, Jade brings her financial expertise and unique
perspective to maxmize further investment opportunity and return.
Jade obtained an MBA degree from St. John's University.
Drexel Huang, a CPA, has over 15 years
of experience within the accounting industry. Currently, he is
general partner at DINKUM&CO. He also serves as the
Chairman of
Federal Consulting Company. Previously
he held senior management position in KPMG.
At Triton, Drexel provides consulting and advisory related knowledge
in the area of accounting, auditing, and tax related issues to
our portfolio companies.
Harriet
Chang
holds her professional experience with Baodao Commercial
Bank and Royal Bank of Canada in corporate finance for many
years. Harriet is also actively involved in venture investments
in the communications field.
At Triton, Harriet provides her financial expertise and
unique perspective to maximize further investment opportunity
and return.
Harriet obtained an MBA, Finance, from National Taiwan University.
