Richard
Chiang is a co-founder of Triton Management Corp. Richard
provides leadership to the Triton partnership by working
to ensure that the fund remains a leading-edge venture partnership.
With his longstanding experience in semiconductor and communications,
Richard is currently providing business and strategic advise
to the investors.
Richard is also a founder of Princeton Technology
Corp., and Proware Technology
Corp. Richard currently is the Chairman of the
Princeton Technology
Corp. and also holding on
the board membership of Taitron Component Inc.
Richard has been a valuable angel investor for various successful
start-up companies for over 15 years. Taitron Component (IPO
in Nasdaq in 1995), BusLogic (acquired by Mylex in 1995
and later in 1999 to be acquired by IBM), IDX International
(acquired by eGlobe in 1998), and ITeX (IPO in Nasdaq in
2000) are merely a few examples of the 25 successful
investments that Richard has completed. At Triton, Richard
advises portfolio companies on marketing strategy, alliance
strategy, and provides consulting services on operation.
He also specializes in helping companies in the semiconductor
and communications sectors to implement innovative business
processes. Apart from capital injection, Richard brings
innovative ideas together and helps in providing effective
networking to exceptional entrepreneurs, hence achieving
long-term success.
Richard began his professional career in electronics and
semiconductor industries, where he held business development
positions at Taiwan Lite On and UMC. During his tenure
at UMC, Richard was in charge of UMC's International Business
Development division. Richard obtained a BS.EE degree from
the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.

Frank Jiang is a co-founder of Triton Management
Corp. At Triton, Frank leads
all the investment activities to ensure a promising investment
return with his expertise in the networking industry
as well as his insight into the future industry trend, He is the
Chairman
and President of Unifosa Corp.
Previously, Frank was one of the founding members of two successful
start-ups, MasterLink and NuCom Systems Inc. (now Network
Peripherials Inc. which was acquired by a Nasdaq listed company
in 1996). Prior to co-founding Triton, Frank was responsible for
new business development for Pan International and network division
set-up for Kingmax (now spin off and renamed as BroMax Communication,
Inc.). He was involved in a number of very successful companies
in the enterprise infrastructure space. Frank also held networking
field technology/product development, marketing/sales at Wang
Lab., D-Link, NuCom and Network Peripherals. Such experience gained
over the past 20 years enables Frank to assist Triton's portfolio
companies in building clear product strategy and achieving business
success.
Frank obtained his MS in Computer Science from the University
of Massachusetts.
