Young Liu focuses broadly
on semiconductor, networking and communications sector investments. Prior
to this position, he was the Vice Chairman of ITeX. Young
had semiconductor and PC system engineering experience at
ITE, QRun, Acer and HP.
Young has consummated a number of successful
high-tech start-ups in the US and worldwide. With his
outstanding experience in semiconductor and communications,
Young plays a consultative role and
helps our portfolio companies build crucial elements of corporate
networks.
Before Young joins Foxconn as the
Special Assistant to Chairman, he was the President
of Princeton Technology Corp.
Young obtained an M.S. degree
in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California.

Frank Liang joined
Triton
as the Vice President in Nov., 2002 and brought his 20 years
of experience
in M&A, Joint Venture, Technology Transfer, Investment,
Marketing and Sale.
Before joining Triton, Liang was the
Director of
Technology Investment Center for Walsin Lihwa Corp., the Managing Director for Walsin Precision
Technology, and Far East Representative for Hicks, Muse/Mills &
Partners,Inc.
Liang obtained
his MBA
degree from National Taiwan University.

Johnny Chen is the representative of Triton Ventures
in USA. At Triton, Johnny brings 20 years of expertise in network
management software design. Previously,
Johnny was a software manager in charge of overall software
engineering life cycle as well as network management , including
TCP/IP, SNMP and embedded kernel.
Before joining Triton, Johnny was responsible for network
management software design for Centillion/Bay Networks,
Inc. He was a founding members of Foundry Networks, Inc.
Johnny obtained an M.S. degree in Computer Science and an
M.S. degree in Energy Engineering from University of Massachusetts.
